Ghee&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 30 gms. Washed &amp;amp; Soaked in water to soften. Raisins&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 1 tsp. Salt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 3  Bay Leaf&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 4 inches Cinnamon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 4  Cardamom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 6  Cloves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- 250 gms. Fry till golden brown, then drain and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Measure the rice in cup and using same measurement pour double amount of water in a large pan and set to boil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;When water boils add rice, stir and half cover and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 min.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Immediately wash the rice with cold water to remove the starch.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat Ghee in a separate pan, then put Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Cloves and fry till they start to splutter.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add rice using a skewer and stir it for a minute.
